What is your refund and exchange policy?
At this time we do not offer refunds on any purchases, for reasons concerning dissatisfaction with shape, color, engraving services, or quality of the product itself. Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of all our products, we cannot accept returns or provide exchanges. This policy is non-negotiable.
Can I cancel or change my gift order?
Because every gift and product we supply is personalized to one degree or another, and because we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel any orders or change the details of any order.
Can I cancel or change my labels order?
No and yes. Our label process relies on very intensive and interactive communication between your company and ours to ensure that the labels are perfect in color, size, shape, and content. We will work with you, according to the labels you have ordered, to verify that the proof we show you is acceptable for us to create your labels from. You cannot cancel your order once it is submitted to the factory. For custom woven labels, your $100 deposit is non-refundable for our initial labor and efforts to provide you with a proof.
